Do you want to re-discover your confidence and improve your employability?

If you are currently:

• Unemployed
• Not in Education, Employment or Training
• Hold a National Insurance number and live in the Wrexham area

Overcoming Barriers initiative supports individuals currently out of work, to break down the barriers that prevent successful employment.

In today’s highly demanding job market there can be a number of barriers to enter or re-enter work.

If you have the enthusiasm and dedication to want to re-join the job market then the Community Development office at Avow can help you. The service will encourage and support individuals through self-development, training, confidence building and skills ready for further learning, volunteering and or employment.
